本剧改编自慎结的漫画，描写了贴近滞纳者“钱与心”的征税吏员在工作中又哭又笑、惊心动魄的身姿。主人公飨庭苍一郎是在市厅纳税科工作的公务员，乍一看是轻浮脱力的那派，但工作技能却是超一流的职员。虽然是公务员，但不拘谨，凭第一印象谁都喜欢。他拥有丰富的税收知识、准确把握状况的观察力、天生的沟通能力，善于让对方放松警惕，并将其收入囊中。虽然有着原财务省官员的华丽经历，但辞去财务省职务成为征税吏员是有理由的……。“After being embarrassed by the mean girls at school, Faye, a practicing witch, summons the evil Cupid to take revenge on all those who wronged her. On Valentine’s Day, Cupid does in fact rise and will stop at nothing until the walls are covered in blood.
